VOCATION REFLECTIONS

The Lord will come when we least expect him. Is he knocking now, asking us to serve as priests and religious? (Luke 12:35-40)

PRAYER FOR FAITH

LORD JESUS CHRIST,

you became incarnate to teach us how to live as children of the Father, and you promised to send the Holy Spirit to guide us on our way.

We pray for a renewed commitment to follow you, the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Teach us to love as you did, even to laying down our lives in your name.

Help us also to carry the cross daily with you, and when we are weary or overburdened let us hear your promise of rest.

Be with us as we travel the pilgrim road of faith, so that our hearts may ever burn with love and joy.

We make our prayer in your name, who with the Father and the Holy Spirit live and reign, one God forever and ever.  AMEN.
