SPECIAL EVENTS COMING UP:
Sunday, 05 November (10.00am):
All Souls Mass.
Pious Lists: During the month of November, every Mass is celebrated for the repose of the souls of all on the pious lists. You are invited to take a form from the Church Foyer, fill in the names of your deceased family and friends and return it with your offering to the Parish Office or place in the collections during weekend Masses.
Caritas: Market 28 and 29 October after all weekend Masses. All cake sale profits go towards the Bryanston Caritas pensioners/children’s December food parcels. Please consider helping by baking and providing cakes and take-away goodies. Thank you to everyone who has cooked, baked, and provided cakes to help us raise funds. Thank you for your love and care. We are also mindful of those who support the markets so generously. Please continue to make, bake and buy at this coming Market. Enquiries: Cristina Sequeira: 079 781 5826. Sacristans: Have you ever wondered how you can serve God but are unsure in which Ministry you could accomplish this within the church? Becoming a Sacristan could just satisfy this longing! We are looking for Sacristans to help set up the altar for weekday and weekend Masses, funerals, and baptisms. If you are interested in joining this fulfilling ministry, please call Jenny 083 408 9605.

VOCATION REFLECTION:
What do we have that belongs to God? How do we make a return for that gift? (Matthew 22:15-21)
PRAYER FOR SYNOD ON SYNODALITY:We stand before You, Holy Spirit, as we gather together in Your name. With You alone to guide us, make Yourself at home in our hearts; Teach us the way we must go and how we are to pursue it. We are weak and sinful; do not let us promote disorder. Do not let ignorance lead us down the wrong path nor partiality influence our actions. Let us find in You our unity so that we may journey together to eternal life and not stray from the way of truth and what is right. All this we ask of You, who are at work in every place and time, in the communion of the Father and the Son, for ever and ever. Amen
